Messy Messy Fail - Well, I got the bulbs and perennials in.  That's about it for the garden this year.  Cold weather came on quick!

Tidy Victory - We are ready to decorate for Christmas sooner than ever!  Tree is up (we usually pick one out today but the weather called for rain, so we went yesterday) and ornaments will come out tomorrow.  Now I just need to find them......

Messy Messy Fail - Well, it's nearly Thanksgiving and I still haven't planted all of my bulbs OR perennials yet.  Do you think I'll get a break in the weather to get out there?

Tidy Victory - Halloween has been taken down, BUT I kept pumpkins up.  We DO NOT decorate for Christmas before Thanksgiving in this house, no way man!

Messy Messy Fail - Still have those plants scattered everywhere.  Maybe I can plant them between snowstorms tomorrow!

Tidy Victory - AMAZING performance of Black Violin last night at our local theater - they are on tour now, you won't be disappointed!

Messy Messy Fail - Multiple bogeys, I mean potted plants, scattered throughout the yard waiting to be planted.  Maybe before the snow flies?  

Tidy Victory - I've been making at least two trips to the Salvation Army every week, and boy does it feel good to get rid of stuff!

Messy Messy Fail - Lately it just seems like there are too many projects around the house and just not enough time.  I want to get this house cleaned up before Halloween next Monday, but will it happen?

Tidy Victory - I had read multiple reports claiming that if you fold your laundry and put it into your drawers like files (vertical) instead of piles, you have more room and it's better.  By golly that AIN'T NO LIE!

Messy Messy Fail - I'm watching gardening on youtube.com while I type this - MAN do I feel inadequate right now!  I definitely let a lot of the gardens go this summer, but that's the season that I'm in.

Tidy Victory - We just had Hannah's first birthday party and it was a great success! I had a sunflower themed party to celebrate our little ray of sunshine.

Messy Messy Fail - We are doing a lot of camping these last few weekends of September but it's our first time out this year!  I have a packing list in my head that usually occurs in May or June, but that never happened.  So how many items do you think I forgot?  A lot!  Thanks to family for saving the day!

Tidy Victory - I was able to purchase a very inexpensive money plant at the beginning of the summer and it created so many babies!  I separated them, put them in their own little pots, and now I have a ton of plants!  It's good luck to give them to others, so that's what I'm going to do!

Messy Messy Fail - Currently in our freezer sits a block of ice where ice cubes should be.  Nothing is more frustrating than a block of ice in your ice cube tray.

Tidy Victory - I've cheaply purchased and been gifted so many plants as we are getting to the end of the growing season.  I even went to a greenhouse and they GAVE ME plants to take for free because they just wanted them gone (and they were a bit crispy but they've made a recovery!). My favorite is a GORGEOUS red hardy hibiscus that I am going to plant in my side tidy garden (although there is not anything tidy about that particular bed right now).

Messy Messy Fail - Remembered to get the car registered, still haven't had it inspected.  

Tidy Victory - Stella is doing better and better with her house training every day!  The inside accidents are suddenly getting fewer and far between.  We did try putting some jingle bells on the sliding glass door to teach her to ring them to go outside, although that has still not been terribly successful yet.

Messy Messy Fail - Not even sure how this happened but I currently have a nasty rash underneath both of my eyes.  Maybe I was gardening and rubbed my eyes?  Either way, it needs to heal up STAT!

Tidy Victory - It's amazing what a few cans of spray paint can do - I had a tray I used in the living room, odd not so attractive colors.  Two applications of flat matte white spray paint and we are back in business!
