Tidy Victory - We are all set for Easter - eggs are hidden, baskets are strategically placed, food is in the fridge. I use the same dinner menu for Easter every year - grilled fresh polish sausage, pierogies (I made them myself this year!), mizeria (a cucumber type salad), homemade applesauce and rye bread. One of my favorite meals, not to mention with the butter lamb!
