Messy Messy Fail - Now this wasn't my messy fail, but the story needs to be told.  Every year for Easter, I order a couple ropes of fresh polish sausage from Wegmans, usually a week or two ahead of time, to make sure it's available.  Ordered it last week, wanted to pick it up yesterday.  I arrive yesterday to do just that (pick it up) and I am informed that there was a mix up at the warehouse and they are doing a special delivery of sausage today for those that order it.  As I am sitting in the parking lot of Hannah's cancelled swim lesson (which I did not know about either lol), I call to check on the sausage - they only got 6 ropes but they are saving two for me!

Tidy Victory - I have my dough and filling ready to make homemade pierogies tomorrow for dinner!

this weekend so I picked some desserts for you.  I always think about dessert first and then the rest of the dishes.  That's just me.
