Happiness Is Homemade Link Party #336

Messy Messy Fail - As I am a big donator of clothing, I have a pile of boys clothes that has been sitting on our dining room table since January.  I had the best intentions of going through them but then March happened. I do hear that Salvation Army is open again!

Tidy Victory - For whatever reason, I am more motivated THAN EVER to get nonsense in this house IN ORDER before schools starts.  Next up - the dining room!

Happiness Is Homemade Link Party

Happy Sunday!  It's Beverly from Eclectic Red Barn, your host for the month of August.  I hope you are enjoying the month of August since it is half way over. Can you believe that? Summer seems to NOT want to let go of the heat. I know many are dealing with high temps that are not normal for many places up north. We are hot, but it is usual for us here in Florida. Hope you are staying cool.

I hope you enjoy the features that I have chosen for this week.

Features include:

Nothing is comfort food than a dish of mac'n cheese. Check out all of that gooey cheese and you make it from scratch. If you have never made home made mac'n cheese then you need to try Smoked Gouda, Cheddar, and Parmesan Mac ‘n’ Cheese from Nancy-C.

Some of my most treasured items are ones that belonged to my Mom or Grandmother. Niky over at The House on Silverado found some Vintage Embroidered Flour Sack Towels that were embroidered by her mother and her two grandmothers. What a precious gift.

I have made numerous peach recipes, but I have never made Peach Butter. You even make it in a crock pot. Stop by Slow Cooker Living for the complete recipe.

This Summer Watermelon Tablescape just makes me smile. It is so cheerful and bright. Stop by Whispers of the Heart and check out all of her watermelon ideas.

Summertime and ice cream just go hand in hand, but flowers and ice cream? Check over at Penney's Vintage Home to see how they go together.

Many thanks to all of our party hosts. We appreciate each and every one. If you have not already, be sure to follow them on their blogs:
