Messy Messy Fail - My baking is out of control - scones, tres leches cake, banana bread, hello dolly bars.....it's fun but it needs to end because it's becoming a problem if you know what I mean!
Tidy Victory - I have completed three weeks of getting up early before our school day starts and working out. This week, my typical yoga 2x a week with Jamie was put on pause as she is revamping her Youtube page, so I actually did five twenty-minute cardio workouts. Now I know exactly how out of shape I was. Goal for this week is to do at least three 30-minute cardio sessions - wut WUT?!?!?!?!?!?!
Happiness is Homemade Link Party #322
Happy Mother's Day weekend everyone! I hope you are enjoying a relaxing weekend at home. Haha! We've all been having so many weekends at home that it sounds so nice to dream about going somewhere besides home.
I hope this week's posts will give you some inspiration for how to treat yourself in many ways!
The first feature is from Ducks 'n a Row. It's a great Coffee Gift Basket. It might be too late to ask for this for Mother's Day, but you could get it for yourself.
I do love coffee and I'm so grateful during this time for a great coffee maker. Wish I had this gift box to go with it.
The next feature is a beautiful Vintage Magnolia printable from Picture Box blue. She has so many great printables on her site that I couldn't stop at just the Magnolias.
She has some really amazing maps and all kinds of botanical images. I can't wait to try printing one.
Next up, is a fashion related feature. No one would look at my wardrobe and say that I have any particular style. Honestly I didn't think this post was for me until I clicked through and started to see all the advice. When this quarantine is over I want to have a style. I think Iris has some posts that could really help me. Starting with How to Find My Style Personality. Lazy is my current style personality, unfortunately.
She has so many tips for styling even basic wardrobe pieces. You won't believe what she can do with a white blouse. And she is a total knockout!
Do you love a good mason jar craft? How about Mason Jar Gift Tags. These are just so cute and there's still time to use them on a Mother's Day gift. This blog is full of amazing ideas for what you can do with a mason jar.
The last feature is a super creative idea that you can probably do without even going to the store. This wreath has Flowers Made from Coffee Filters. It comes to us from Organized Island. The flowers just look so fluffy it's hard to believe they are paper.
Now it’s time to get some new ideas for this week.
