Happiness Is Homemade Link Party #283

Messy Messy Fail - We've been having some quick and intense storms this past week!  Our bedroom faces the front of the house where the storms always come from.  I can't tell you how many times we have forgotten to close those front windows and the carpet underneath the windows was soaked!  Now I try to remember to close the windows every time we leave the house regardless of the weather report.

Tidy Victory - FABULOUS recipe for almond cherry bars, get the Pin here or the blog post with the recipe here.

Welcome to Happiness Is Homemade!

I hope your weekend is going well. I love being the hostess for this month but choosing features is a difficult task. With so many amazing posts to choose from, it is not easy to only choose a few. I can hardly wait to see what you come up with this time around!

 Check out this week's features:

Features for Happiness Is Homemade #283

Do you have a she shed? I have one but nothing compares to the one you will see over at Botanic Bleu. Her French Country garden is lovely and she says French Country is all in the details.

Need something special for dinner, or maybe to take to a party, then these Meatloaf Cupcakes just might be for you. Stop by Cincy Shopper for the recipe.

Wouldn't these Easy Lavender Bee Soaps make lovely gifts - think Christmas.  Head on over to Celebrating Everyday Life for complete details.

I hate to say it, but fall is around the corner and Kippi has a lovely Sunflower Wreath that welcomes fall. I love how she put a frame around it.

Are you like me, do you love chocolate? Are you drooling over this chocolate brownie cake with chocolate ganache? Stop by Walking on Sunshine Recipes for the easy recipe.

Fall reminds me of picking apples and make a luscious dessert like this one from Cooking with Carlee. You don't have to wait for fall to make this Mini Apple Crisps Baked Apples.
