Messy Messy Fail - The UPK'er got a Smithsonian Triop Growing Kit for Christmas - basically the sea monkeys we remember but a tad bit crazier looking. I followed all the directions but I don't think they were warm enough in the kitchen - no baby triopts to report. We are going to try again tomorrow only this time, they are going under a lamp!
Tidy Victory - Snowmobile season is here and the trails officially opened up TODAY! Sleds are running, gear is ready - it's go time baby!

Depending on where you live, you may be sitting in the midst of a snow storm ... I am! Much of the north and eastern part of the USA is experiencing a storm this weekend. My community is preparing for 16 - 24 inches of the lovely white stuff. I had been feeling a little silly that my Christmas tree is still up and decorated but now that we are returning to a winter wonderland, I am glad.
