Messy Messy Fail - So the toddler (who is really no longer a toddler might I add, need to update that) requested a Spiderman cake for this birthday. I found a cool idea on Pinterest - melt some marshmallow from a Spiderman figurine on the cake to the number 4 birthday candle, like he's shooting webs. Got the marshmallow on, put the cake dome on to protect the integrity of my cake, marshmallow melted off. Now that was a fail.
Tidy Victory - I pulled off making three different types of macaroni and cheese, Italian chicken sticks (baked chicken fingers) and jalapeƱo bread for all of our party guests! Here are the links to all of the recipes I used:
